New Image Labs Corporation and Bald Girls Do Lunch Continue Partnership to Help Women with Alopecia

New Image Labs Corporation, the leader in non-surgical hair replacement solutions and manufacturer of Club W|Biolon®, a line of revolutionary hair systems specifically designed for female medical hair loss clients, continues the partnership with Bald Girls Do Lunch, a nation-wide charitable organization empowering women with the autoimmune hair loss disorder alopecia areata.

The partnership is in the second year now and together, both organizations are committed to “restoring self, improving life and providing alopecia support that works.” The scope of the partnership ranges from support of various networking functions to conducting joint events, from providing resources to women with alopecia to educating the public as well as the hair replacement industry about this autoimmune hair loss disorder.

Nearly 2% of the US population has a lifetime risk of developing the disorder which affects males and females equally.

“Even though alopecia areata is well known in the hair replacement industry, there is still much to be learned about the disorder, the real needs of women with alopecia and how to strengthen them to lead happy and successful lives.

The partnership with Bald Girls Do Lunch, a 501c3 nonprofit since 2007, will help our clients, hair replacement specialists all over the country, to develop into true resource centers for these women,” says Tony Sciara, President of New Image Labs Corporation. “It’s significant that we could renew our partnership just in time for September’s Alopecia Awareness Month,” states Thea Chassin, President and Founder of Bald Girls Do Lunch. “Together, we are well positioned to increase the awareness about alopecia and help women with alopecia - nationwide and beyond.”
